Refund policy
We will accept the return of goods, and issue a full refund, when:
- the goods have demonstrably been damaged prior to transit; or
- the goods received are clearly different from those ordered;
and the recipient has notified us of the fact within 24 hours of receipt.
Goods shall not be returned unless and until the customer or recipient has:
advised Turas Dana (info@turasdana.com) and Turas Dana has accepted the return of the goods;
The buyer must send the Goods back to our contact address as stated below. You undertake to return the Goods to us at your own cost and risk and we cannot be held liable for any damage to the Goods incurred during transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is in place to cover any loss or damage to Goods while in transit from their own premises to our own premises.
iRefunds will be credited back to your account upon our receipt of the goods. Notwithstanding the above, customers have the right to cancel an order as specified in the Cancellation Section below.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, or in instances where the seal is broken, are non-refundable unless faulty.
Right to cancel
Under Distance Selling legislation, customers have a 14 day cooling-off cancellation period which is 14 days from the day the goods are received. This does not apply to items that are bespoke or personalised.
Cancellation should be by email to info@thurasdana.com In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer and not Turas Dana and the goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of the date of cancellation. Refund will be made on receipt of the goods.
